The dyeing department is equipped with forefront dyeing lines as well as modern air-driers and high-frequency radio waves. All the chemicals and dyes used in the staining process are specified in the list of the international independent standard OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which issues the certificate to our company. The following products are dyed in the dyeing department: underwear, men's and women's socks, leggings, etc. The dyed goods after drying are controlled by the team of employees with many years of experience in quality control work.
The department is characterized by modern systems for the automatic stitching of socks with high production capacity and an extremely high level of automation. The sewing process is carried out under controlled atmospheric conditions, in order to satisfy the quality parameters that were set. By means of an automated transport system, the sewn socks are transferred to another sub-production area where the control process and the preparation of goods for further production phases are carried out.
The largest department of the Zrenjanin production unit consists of over 40 production lines for the mechanical ironing and/or packaging of different types of socks, that offers the high level of flexibility in meeting specific needs in packaging various articles. In order to achieve a high level of quality, the control process is carried out before, during and after the completion of each work order, according to clearly defined procedures.
In the manual sewing socks department, cutting, sewing of the stitches as well as the sewing itself are carried out. The department is equipped with over 50 machines on which operate employees with many years of experience in the sector. To ensure quality, each product item is individually controlled.
The warehouse space in the Zrenjanin production unit extends up to 4,000 m2 and is furnished with shelves, organized and arranged for pallet storage on 4 levels, as well as space without shelves for storage of hampers. The storage capacities are about 1.000 pallets and about 1.000 hampers. In addition to the above, the space includes the customs warehouse as well as two loading/unloading ramps. In 2018 the entire fleet of forklifts was modernized, in other words completely new internal transport vehicles were supplied.
The underwear sewing department is equipped with over 200 machines and employs over 300 employees, making it the basis of the production process of the organizational unit in Brus. The department carries out cutting and sewing of underwear, upper and lower items. Furthermore, the inevitable part of the department is also the process of creating new samples. During the production and between all phases of sewing, the control procedure is carried out in order to guarantee a high level of quality of the finished products.
The department includes automatic and manual packaging operations and is also the last phase of the production cycle. It is equipped with automatic packaging systems that package over 600.000 units of product per month. Upon completion of this process, the finished products are formed and, after the final inspection, sent to the warehouse.
The department for the automatic cutting of underwear is equipped with two machines for flaking the fabric, as well as the CNC machine for automatic cutting that performs cutting operations for the pre-prepared layers. The department is characterized by a high level of automation that, as a result, guarantees high productivity. After this process and after the quality control, cut pieces are placed in the warehouse of semi-finished products, according to the predefined procedure.
The warehouse in the Brus production unit extends up to 1,700 m2. It consists of small interconnected units, specifically defined and positioned for each production department in particular, which guarantees the reduction of shipping times, as well as the better organization and classification of the warehouse itself. The space includes two loading / unloading ramps and a customs warehouse.
